    Bring a pot of water to a boil and when the water boils, add the pasta, salt it, and cook it as indicated on the package.

    Next, cut the speck into cubes and sauté it in a pan for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.

    In a non-stick pan, meanwhile, cook the spinach and once cooked, squeeze them with a cloth to remove excess water and set them aside.
