Preparation

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Add the water gradually, stirring to avoid lumps.

Once the water is incorporated, add the oil, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Heat a little oil in a pan, pour 2/3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake.

When the edges start to cook, flip the pancake and continue cooking until done.

Serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh fruit, or spreadable cream.
