Combine the ingredients, form a ball, divide the dough into 8 balls.
Flatten each ball, spray with oil spray.
Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 185 degrees, turn halfway through if the fryer does not have dual cooking.
Season to taste, I used sausage, friarielli, and melting cheese.
You can skip the yeast if you are intolerant, they will still turn out well. They are also fantastic with tomato and mozzarella, just like oven-baked pizzettes.
