
Cook the fresh mussels after cleaning them.

In the meantime, wash the vegetables and slice the olives into rounds, according to your preferred quantity of vegetables.
Cut the zucchini into spaghetti, halve the datterini, quarter the tomatoes, and chop the arugula.
In a container, combine the gnocchi, vegetables, opened mussels without shells, salt, a bit of oil, and mix well.
To be eaten within 12 hours.
Served with toasted bread.
