- 4 pickled cucumbers

Preparation

Clean the garlic and wash the parsley.

Chop the parsley and garlic finely.
- STEP 3 OF 5
In the blender jar, add all the ingredients such as parsley, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, egg yolk, and capers.

Blend everything with the mixer; if it is too thick, thin it out with more oil.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Be careful with the salt as it will depend on how salty the capers are, and add the pepper.
