Prepare all the ingredients and equipment.
To prepare the popsicles, pour half the amount of oat milk, matcha powder, a teaspoon of honey, and a few mint leaves into a blender.
Blend until you get a smooth and fluid mixture.
Add the chia seeds, stir, and let rest for 30 minutes. Repeat the steps with the taro powder.
Pour the obtained mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8 hours.
Unmold your Matcha popsicles and serve immediately.
