To prepare the chocolate heart, place tablespoons of cream on baking paper in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar. Then add the oil and milk and mix again.
Combine the flour and baking powder and blend the mixture.
Pour a few tablespoons of batter at the bottom of the muffin molds and add the frozen cream heart.
Place the muffin liners in a muffin pan and pour in each about 2 tablespoons of batter up to 2/3 of the liner.
Cover with the remaining batter and bake at 180 degrees in static mode for 25 minutes your chocolate heart muffins.
The toothpick test is always the rule.
