Muffins with chocolate heart are a true delight for sweet lovers. Perfect to enjoy for breakfast, as a snack, or even as a dessert after a meal. Their deliciousness is unbeatable!
To prepare the chocolate heart, place spoonfuls of cream on parchment paper and freeze for at least 15 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar. Then add the oil and milk and mix again.
Add the flour and baking powder and blend the mixture.
Pour a few spoonfuls of batter into the bottom of the muffin molds and add the frozen cream heart.
Place the paper liners in a muffin tin and pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into each, filling 2/3 of the liner.
Cover with the remaining batter and bake your chocolate heart muffins at 180 degrees Celsius in static mode for 25 minutes.
