A cold appetizer with octopus, avocado, strawberries, and small mozzarella balls, different from the usual octopus and potatoes in a glass. Preparing octopus in a glass takes only 10 minutes.
Clean and cut the avocado, drain the small mozzarella balls and cut them in half.
Drain the octopus from the oil in the can and cut it as you like.
In a container, pour the extra virgin olive oil, avocado, octopus, and small mozzarella balls along with the oregano, stir well to season.
Finally, cut the strawberries and add them to the mixture, stir well, add a pinch of salt, and pour into glasses.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
If you don't like avocado, you can replace it with mango or alternatively, instead of strawberries, you can use datterino or cherry tomatoes.
