Preparation

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water to taste.

Cook the spaghetti al dente and in the meantime prepare the sauce.

Peel the garlic cloves, cut them in half, and remove the core.

Take the fresh chili pepper and slice it, removing the stem.

In a pan, pour the extra virgin olive oil and sauté the garlic and chili pepper over very low heat.

Once the pasta is cooked al dente, pour it into the pan, add the breadcrumbs and a ladle of cooking water.

Stir for a few moments to blend the flavors and toss, finally adding the chopped fresh parsley.
