
A golden turmeric flatbread with a spicy aroma, filled with surimi sticks for a light, flavorful dish with an exotic touch. Soft inside and crisp outside, ideal served hot or cold, cut into squares as an appetizer or as a main dish.



Prepare a batter in a bowl by mixing the flour, water, salt, grated cheese, extra virgin olive oil, and egg.
Wash and grate the zucchini, then dry them well to remove excess water.
Cut the surimi lengthwise.
Add turmeric, grated zucchini, and surimi sticks to the batter; mix until a uniform mixture is obtained.
Spread the mixture onto a lined and lightly oiled baking tray; sprinkle with your choice of seed mix.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake for about 25 minutes.
Let it cool for a few minutes before cutting; serve warm or cold.
