Banana cookies, oatmeal, dark chocolate chips, and almond grains: delicious light and tasty cookies without butter, lactose, sugar, and eggs. Easy and quick to prepare, ideal for a healthy snack or for breakfast.
Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode.
Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces, then mash them with a fork in a bowl until creamy.
Add the oatmeal, dark chocolate chips, and almond grains to the bowl with the mashed banana and mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take a spoonful of dough at a time and, using your hands or the back of the spoon, shape the dough into a cookie by slightly flattening it; place the cookies on the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a rack or serving.
