

Vegan and gluten-free cream made from tofu, unsweetened cocoa, and dark chocolate. Ideal for breakfast, snack, or dessert, suitable for those intolerant to eggs and lactose. It takes only a few minutes to prepare and can be flavored with cinnamon or vanilla extract.
Cut the tofu into cubes and boil it in water for 10 minutes.
Drain the tofu after cooking.
Combine the drained tofu with unsweetened cocoa, cinnamon, and a few tablespoons of hot water (or the chosen plant-based drink).
Blend well until you obtain a thick and homogeneous cream.
Transfer the cream to a bowl and finish with the chopped dark chocolate.
