

Cake made with granola, flour-free and sugar-free, cooked in an air fryer. Ideal for breakfast or snack: simple, quick, and healthy.
Preparation of the batter: in a bowl combine the granola, the egg, the skyr (or plain Greek yogurt) and the nut cream. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a suitable air fryer pan.
Cooking: cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Check the cooking by inserting a toothpick into the center of the cake; if it comes out clean the cake is ready.
Serving suggestions: enjoy warm or cold; serve with fresh seasonal fruit, a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of honey to taste.
