Functional drink, light and quick to prepare: kefir rich in probiotics, strawberries source of antioxidants and vitamin C, and hydrolyzed collagen for skin, hair, and joints. Ideal for breakfast, as a post-workout snack or evening treat.
Wash the strawberries under running water and remove the stem.
If using homemade kefir, make sure it is well mixed before use.
Place the strawberries, kefir, and powdered collagen in the blender.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and, if you want a thinner consistency, pour in a couple of tablespoons of water or an unsweetened plant-based drink.
Blend for about 30-40 seconds until you achieve a homogeneous and creamy mixture.
Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy immediately. Optionally, decorate with slices of strawberry or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
