Single-portion cake made of pear, cocoa, and chufa flour: a healthy sweet, naturally sweet without added sugar and lactose. Ready in the air fryer in less than 30 minutes, soft and fragrant, perfect for breakfast or snack.
Peel the pear and cut it into pieces.
Put the pear pieces in the blender along with the egg, chufa flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and water (or selected plant-based drink).
Blend until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture, similar to a thick batter.
Pour the mixture into a mold suitable for the air fryer (preferably silicone or ceramic).
Cook in the air fryer at 170°C for about 20 minutes: the cake should be cooked but still soft in the center. Check the last minutes and adjust the time according to your air fryer.
Let it cool slightly before unmolding and serving.

Variations: add cinnamon or vanilla, chopped hazelnuts, replace part of the water with plant-based drink (almond or coconut) or use apple instead of pear. For traditional oven cooking: 180°C for 25–30 minutes (toothpick test). Chufa flour can be replaced with almond or oat flour (taste and consistency will change).
