In a pot, pour in the oat bran (or flakes) and the instant coffee.
Add water and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring, until the water is absorbed and the porridge reaches the desired consistency.
Off the heat, add the soy yogurt and mix well.
Transfer to a bowl and top with chopped dark chocolate if desired.
Serve hot or cold; for a thicker consistency, let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.
