
Sweet fit, light and tasty ideal for breakfast and snack. Vegan recipe and without lactose or eggs. You can use your favorite granola, add dark chocolate or dried fruit, or replace the coconut butter with peanut butter, almond cream or hazelnuts. For a richer mixture, replace the water with a plant-based drink (almond or coconut).
In a pan combine the oats with the water.
Cook until the water has completely thickened.
Then add the coconut butter and mix everything well.
Wash the fig and cut it in half.
Place the fig at the bottom of the glass.
Pour the porridge and finish with the granola.
