
Soft and fragrant apple and walnut cake, ready in no time thanks to cooking in an air fryer. Perfect for an autumn snack.












Cut half of the apple into cubes and the other half into slices; break the walnuts into pieces.
Whisk the egg with brown sugar, then add the Greek yogurt and seed oil.
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; fold in the cubed apples and chopped walnuts.
Pour the batter into a 16 cm mold; decorate with apple slices and a few walnut halves.
Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for 28-30 minutes. Check the doneness with a toothpick and let cool before removing from the mold.
