  • Slices of stale bread, soaked and squeezed4units
  • Tomato puree250g
  • Fresh basil leavesto taste
  • Flour2tablespoons
  • Grated parmesanto taste
  • Saltto taste
  • Extra virgin olive oilto taste

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and a drizzle of oil underneath.

    Press the mixture well: the thinner it is, the crispier it will be.

    Add another drizzle of oil on top.

    Bake at 200°C in static mode for 10 minutes.

    Switch to fan mode and bake for another 7-8 minutes.

    Check in the last few minutes to prevent burning and ensure it becomes crispy.
