This is the week of quick things, so my craving for sweets was satisfied with just two ingredients. I suggest them for when you have unexpected guests or an unexpected sweet tooth! We all know there's always dark chocolate at home, just like a roll of puff pastry, am I right?!
Using a cup or a pastry cutter, cut out discs from the puff pastry. Don't throw away the scraps; you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar and bake them.
With a knife or, even better, a pizza cutter, make horizontal cuts without reaching the edges on one half of the disc. Fold the uncut half over the cut half.
At this point, place a piece of dark chocolate or a teaspoon of jam in the center of the half-moon. Close it like a little bundle, sealing the tip well with your fingers. (I also leave you the video)
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, checking often. When they are ready, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve them hot!

They can be frozen raw and baked when needed!
I used dark chocolate, but jam or a nut spread will work just fine... whatever you prefer!
