A tasty and very easy side dish to prepare, perfect to accompany your main courses. Crispy artichokes like fried and golden potatoes, all prepared in the air fryer!
Remove the outermost leaves of the artichokes, cut off the tip, halve them, remove the inner choke, and slice them. Peel the stems and cut them into sticks.
Cut the potatoes and season everything with oil, salt, pepper, unpeeled garlic, and rosemary.
Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes, then at 200°C for another 10 minutes in the air fryer.
