These balls are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, easy and quick to prepare! They are not traditional gnocchi, but a tasty version made by frying directly in the skillet. Perfect as a main dish or a snack for appetizers.

Blend the cooked broccoli until you obtain a smooth cream.
In a bowl, combine the broccoli cream, the egg, salt, flour (little by little), and, if you like, grated Parmesan cheese. Knead until you obtain a soft and moldable mixture.
Take small portions of the dough and form balls.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet with the garlic clove. Add the balls and cook them over medium heat, turning them to brown well on all sides, covering the skillet for 10-15 minutes.
Once golden and crispy, remove the garlic and serve with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese and a grind of fresh pepper.
