A savory flatbread made from precooked chickpeas, very simple and quick to prepare: flour, Parmesan, and oil combine with chickpeas to create a crunchy and flavorful snack or side dish, perfect even for the air fryer.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (or prepare the air fryer according to the instructions).
In a bowl, combine the flour, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper (and any herbs you like).
Gradually add the oil and water, mixing until you achieve a thick but workable batter.
Add the well-dried chickpeas and gently mix until they are evenly distributed in the dough.
Pour the batter into a lightly greased baking pan, leveling the surface with the back of a spoon or a spatula.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes, or until the surface is golden and crispy. If using an air fryer, adjust the time and temperature according to the model.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with raw oil, and let cool slightly before cutting into squares or slices and serving.
