  • Well-drained cow's milk ricotta250g
  • All-purpose flour (or potato starch)30g
  • Baking powder1unit
  • Brown sugar40g
  • Dark chocolate chips30g
  • Orange marmalade (or cream/jam of choice)to taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking pan previously buttered or lined with parchment paper.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes, with ventilation for the last 5 minutes.

    Do the toothpick test to check for doneness.

    Once cooled, glaze with orange marmalade or your preferred cream/jam.

    Cut into squares and serve.
