- Well-drained cow's milk ricotta
250g250g - All-purpose flour (or potato starch)
30g30g - Baking powder
1unit1unit - Brown sugar
40g40g - Dark chocolate chips
30g30g - Orange marmalade (or cream/jam of choice)to taste
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking pan previously buttered or lined with parchment paper.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes, with ventilation for the last 5 minutes.

Do the toothpick test to check for doneness.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Once cooled, glaze with orange marmalade or your preferred cream/jam.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Cut into squares and serve.
