Nutella tiramisu is a delicious and indulgent alternative to the classic tiramisu and is highly appreciated by both adults and children. It is egg-free because the cream is made by combining mascarpone with condensed milk and then whipped cream. All of this covers a layer of ladyfingers soaked in milk and coffee, topped with Nutella.
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone and condensed milk.
Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and add it to the mixture, blending without deflating it until a cream forms.
Transfer the cream into a piping bag without a nozzle (or you can spread the cream directly with a spoon).
In a bowl, pour the milk and a cup of unsweetened coffee.
Prepare a rectangular baking dish of about 30x18 cm.
Dip the ladyfingers in the milk and coffee and arrange them in the baking dish. Form the first layer of tiramisu by adding softened Nutella and then the cream on top of the ladyfingers.
Proceed with the second layer. Finish with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa. Transfer to the refrigerator to set for two hours.
Refrigerator
Nutella tiramisu can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Leave it out of the fridge for a few minutes before serving. It will soften slightly, allowing you to enjoy it at its best.
