
Pancakes
Delicious pancakes are perfect for a special breakfast or brunch. They are fluffy and slightly sweet, perfect to accompany with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
Ingredients
- Flour
210g - Warm milk
200mL - Baking powder
1Teaspoon - Honey
1Tablespoon - Fresh liquid cream
50mL - Salt
1Pinch - Egg
1unit - Vanillin or vanilla
1Sachet
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanillin

In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk and cream

Combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ones and mix until you get a smooth batter.

Heat a non-stick pan greased with a little butter or oil.

Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface.

Flip the pancake and cook on the other side for another 2-3 minutes.

Continue with the rest of the batter, stacking the cooked pancakes on a plate.

Serve the pancakes hot with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
