Ingredients
- Ladyfinger biscuits
400g400g - Unsweetened cocoa powder
30g30g - Coffee
8cups8cups - Ground cinnamon
10g10g - Fresh mascarpone
500g500g - Eggs
5pieces5pieces - Fine granulated sugar

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 10
Separate the yolks from the whites.
- STEP 2 OF 10
Whisk the yolks with the sugar until you get a light and frothy mixture.
- STEP 3 OF 10
Add the mascarpone to the yolks and mix well until you get a smooth cream.
- STEP 4 OF 10
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the mascarpone cream.
- STEP 5 OF 10
Soak the ladyfingers in coffee and place them at the bottom of a baking dish.
- STEP 6 OF 10
Pour half of the cream over the ladyfingers.
- STEP 7 OF 10
Add another layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
- STEP 8 OF 10
Pour the rest of the cream over the ladyfingers.
- STEP 9 OF 10
Level the surface and dust with cocoa powder and cinnamon.
- STEP 10 OF 10
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.

Tiramisu is best enjoyed after resting in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. You can serve it with a dusting of cocoa powder on top, and I also recommend cinnamon to make the tiramisu unique.
