Preparation

    Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.

    Melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with the white chocolate. Then add the sugar, followed by the eggs and a pinch of salt.

    Next, add the flour and finally the raspberries and chopped walnuts.

    Transfer to a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a static oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.
