With only 4 ingredients, you get these cookies that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with a Nutella flavor.
Mix the egg with the sugar. Add the chocolate previously melted in a double boiler and stir.
Finally, add the hazelnut flour, mix again and transfer to the fridge for half an hour.
Once the dough has set, form balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
Bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
