Beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla.
When the mixture is nice and frothy, add the oil in a thin stream and the yogurt.
Then add the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) and mix well.
Take a 20 cm diameter pan, butter it, and sprinkle it with granulated sugar. Cut the strawberries in half and place them in the pan.
Pour the batter over the strawberries and cook with a lid on very low heat for about 15 minutes.
