Melt the butter in a saucepan until it turns amber.
Pour the butter into a bowl and add sugar, egg, baking soda, and sifted flour. Mix well.
Add the chopped chocolate and mix again.
Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and let it rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Form balls using an ice cream scoop and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before moving and enjoying them.
