Gradually mix the 00 flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil and white wine.
Knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the dough into pieces and roll them into little ropes, then shape into taralli.
Parboil them in water, drain them as soon as they float to the surface and let them dry on a tea towel.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
Let cool and store in an airtight container.
