Gradually mix flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil, and white wine.
Knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the dough into pieces and shape them into small logs, then form the taralli.
Blanch them in water, drain as soon as they float to the surface, and let them dry on a cloth.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Let cool and store in an airtight container.
