
Cut the zucchini into thin strips lengthwise.
Grill them on a hot grill pan.
In a pot, add plenty of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and rosemary.
When the oil is well flavored, add the zucchini as well.
Let them absorb the flavor and then deglaze with vinegar for a few minutes.
The side dish is ready to be enjoyed!
