A delicious side dish of grilled zucchini, garlic and rosemary, perfect for accompanying your dishes.
Slice the zucchini thinly lengthwise.
Grill them on a very hot grill pan.
In a pot place plenty of extra virgin olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
When the oil is well infused with flavor, add the zucchini as well.
Let them absorb the flavors and then deglaze with the vinegar for a few minutes.
The side dish is ready to be enjoyed!
