Start by mixing the seed oil with the maple syrup.
In a bowl, add the rolled oats (lightly blended if you have large flakes), the salt, the cinnamon, the chopped nuts and the oil and maple syrup mixture.
Stir everything together and spread it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
Let it cool completely!
Store in an airtight container
To make the granola even tastier, add dark chocolate once cooled.
