Let's start by mixing the seed oil with the maple syrup.
In a bowl, place the oat flakes (slightly blended if you have the large ones), salt, cinnamon, chopped nuts, and the oil and maple syrup mix.
Mix everything and spread it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
Let it cool completely!
Store in an airtight container
