
A soft and quick Indian bread, perfect to accompany dishes with sauces.


In a bowl or in a stand mixer combine the flour, yogurt, water, yeast and finally the salt.
Knead until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous dough.
Let rise until doubled in volume, covered with plastic wrap (about 3-4 hours at 19/20 °C).
Divide into portions, shape the dough balls and roll them out with the help of a rolling pin.
Cook in a non-stick skillet (very hot) for a couple of minutes per side (when it puffs up, flip it).
Brush with a mixture of oil, parsley and garlic.
Trust me, they will be gone in no time.
