In a bowl or mixer, mix flour, yogurt, water, yeast, and finally salt.
Knead until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.
Leave to rise until doubled in volume covered with plastic wrap (about 3/4 hours at 19/20 degrees).
Shape and form the dough into balls and roll out with the help of a rolling pin.
Cook in a non-stick skillet (well heated) for a couple of minutes on each side (when it puffs up, flip it).
Season with a mix of oil, parsley, and garlic.
