Pour the flour into the stand mixer with a flat beater or k-beater, gradually add the milk with the dissolved yeast, pour in the sugar and honey.
Add the salt and water, then replace the beater with the dough hook and add the egg and oil.
Once well absorbed, add the chocolate chips and mix gently.
Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Fold the dough to form a round shape, cover and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
Divide the dough into small portions, shape them into rounds and let them rise again for 2 hours.
Brush the surface with milk, eggs and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
