Start by cleaning and roughly chopping the peppers.
Cook the peppers in a pan with extra virgin olive oil.
Add the lactose-free butter, lactose-free ricotta and the water.
Season with salt and let cook for 10 minutes with the lid on.
Let it cool and the dish is ready to be enjoyed.
Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
Great to serve as a main course, accompanied by fresh bread.
