Start by cleaning and roughly chopping the peppers.
Cook the peppers in a pan with olive oil.
Add the butter, ricotta, and water.
Add salt and let it cook for 10 minutes with a lid.
Let it cool down and the dish is ready to be enjoyed.
Keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
Great to serve as a main dish, accompanied by fresh bread.
