
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and vegetable oil.
Add the plant-based milk, one teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder.
Optionally add chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days.
Ideal to be served with a cappuccino.
