Beat sugar and egg whites until they form a stiff meringue.
Take a portion of the meringue and knead the chopped almonds until a compact mixture is obtained.
Roll out the mixture on a work surface with plastic wrap and a rolling pin, until it reaches a thickness of about 1 cm.
Spread the glaze made from sugar and egg whites over the surface of the marzipan.
Cut the marzipan into small bites.
Place the bites on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 150°C for about half an hour, until they are well cooked.
