Chestnut cookies. To make these cookies, we simply need a round mold because we will shape them by hand. They are delightful shortcrust cookies enriched with chestnut flour and dipped in chocolate to recreate the fantastic autumn fruit. Making these cookies is very easy, and you can get help from the little ones to cut out the shapes if you have a chestnut-shaped cookie cutter or showcase your manual skills to create the shape starting from a small circle.
Soften the butter with the sugar until creamy, then add the two flours, cinnamon, baking powder, and vanilla powder, and mix everything well.
Create balls of 30g each and shape them into a flattened drop to form the chestnut shape. Place the cookies on parchment paper and bake in a static oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave. Once the cookies have cooled, brush them with the melted chocolate.
