Sweet, tasty, and also healthy. Honey cookies are a perfect solution for making very delicious and nutritious cookies at home. The recipe I propose uses honey as a sweetener instead of sugar.
Sift the flour into a large bowl. Add the baking powder sachet and mix well.
Add 1 egg, honey, lemon flavor vial, sugar, and seed oil, then knead everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Roll out the dough on the work surface and start shaping the cookies with a special cutter.
Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, then use the grill for 3 minutes.
Let the cookies rest on a cool surface for 30 minutes before serving.
Tin box or glass dome
Store in a cool, dry place. Great to enjoy with a cup of tea or milk.
