Boil the milk with all the spices over low heat for 5 minutes.
Strain the milk and then add all the ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil).
Pour into an 18/21 cm mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes (do the toothpick test, when it's dry it's ready).
Meanwhile, prepare the caramel by melting the sugar together with the agave syrup and walnuts. When it reaches a fluid consistency, pour it over the cake while still hot and let everything cool.
Once cooled, we can finally enjoy our cake 🍇
