Preheat the oven to 180°C. Soak the raisins with the juice of half a lemon, previously grated, and a bit of warm water.
Sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoons of sugar and a bit of cinnamon. Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Perform the toothpick test before turning off.
Clean the three apples and cut them into chunks. In a bowl, mix the sugar and milk well, add the sifted flour with baking powder and baking soda, turmeric, vanilla, grated lemon peel, and cinnamon to taste.
