Separate the yolks from the whites.
In a bowl, combine the yolks, sugar, sunflower oil, low-fat yogurt, all-purpose flour, and starch.
Separately, beat the egg whites and gradually add them to the previously prepared mixture.
Also add the baking powder.
Pour everything into an 18-20 cm cake tin previously lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if it's done.
