Beat the eggs with the sugar. Then add oil, flour, milk, cocoa, baking powder, and finally, the dark chocolate chips.
Place the mixture into the muffin cups and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Do the toothpick test to see if they are cooked. Once cooled, make a hole and add the hazelnut cream.
