Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 3
Combine egg, yogurt, flour, and a pinch of salt.
- STEP 2 OF 3
Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into a previously greased and already hot pan and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- STEP 3 OF 3
Add a slice of scamorza cheese and some cooked ham, cover with more batter and cook on the other side.
