Ingredients
- Peanut butter
50g - Cinnamon
1Pinch - Dark chocolateas needed
- Whole spelt flour
20g - Vanilla baking powder
3g - Toasted hazelnuts
110g - Sunflower oil
10mL - Salt
1Pinch - Maple syrup
50mL
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and oil, mix well and set aside.
- STEP 2 OF 7
Blend the hazelnuts in a mixer until they become flour, add them to the previous mixture along with the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- STEP 3 OF 7
Mix well and create small balls with your hands, placing them directly on the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- STEP 4 OF 7
Bake at 170 degrees for 12 minutes. Once removed from the oven, let them cool completely so they harden!

Now let's fill them with melted dark chocolate, or if you like, some vegan Nutella!

Close them and let the chocolate cool so they stick completely to each other!
