Coarsely crumble the biscuits with your hands.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the biscuits with the almond milk, oil, and hazelnuts. Mix well.
Incorporate the melted chocolate and work the mixture well, transferring it onto baking paper, shaping it into a salami, and wrapping it like a candy.
Leave in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
If you want to enjoy it, place it in the refrigerator or at room temperature at least 20 minutes before!
Refrigerator for 4 days
It keeps in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Great to serve with a glass of almond milk or a cup of hot tea.
