  • Almond milk100mL
  • Whole dark chocolate400g
  • Toasted hazelnuts50g
  • Sunflower seed oil80mL
  • Powdered sugar if desiredto taste

Preparation

    Coarsely crumble the biscuits with your hands.

    Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, let it cool slightly.

    In a bowl, combine the biscuits with the almond milk, oil, and hazelnuts. Mix well.

    Incorporate the melted chocolate and work the mixture well, transferring it onto baking paper, shaping it into a salami, and wrapping it like a candy.

    Leave in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
