- Digestive-type dry biscuits
300g300g - Almond milk
100mL100mL - Whole dark chocolate
400g400g - Toasted hazelnuts
50g50g - Sunflower seed oil
80mL80mL - Powdered sugar if desiredto taste
Preparation

Coarsely crumble the biscuits with your hands.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, let it cool slightly.
- STEP 3 OF 6
In a bowl, combine the biscuits with the almond milk, oil, and hazelnuts. Mix well.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Incorporate the melted chocolate and work the mixture well, transferring it onto baking paper, shaping it into a salami, and wrapping it like a candy.

Leave in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- STEP 6 OF 6
If you want to enjoy it, place it in the refrigerator or at room temperature at least 20 minutes before!
