Stuffed sandwich rolls perfect for an aperitif!
Prepare the salmon roll: spread the cheese on the slices of sandwich bread, add the salmon, lemon slices, and a sprinkle of pistachio flour.
Roll the bread onto itself, wrap with plastic wrap, and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Prepare the ham roll: spread mayonnaise on the slices of bread, add the ham, sliced tomato, chopped mozzarella, and arugula.
Roll this one as well and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Once set, remove the rolls from the fridge and cut them into slices.
Garnish the salmon roll with pistachio granules.
Place in the refrigerator to set
Garnish the salmon roll externally only after it has set in the fridge. Slice everything thinly.
