Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the egg white and sugar.
Then add the vegetable oil and mix again.
Combine the flours and baking powder and continue stirring.
Finally, add the water and stir well until there are no lumps, forming a batter that is not too runny.
Pour into muffin molds and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
Store in a cool place
